Cattle Manager fully complies with current UK legislation and is sold as a complete package; there are no added modules to purchase separately.

There are several versions i.e.: English or Scottish, a milk and a beef herd can be kept in the same program, we have a version that can track several herds with separate holding numbers.

Beef Version - (this program has the ability to track multiple holdings) £350 + VAT
Milk Version - (this program can manage a milk herd and a beef herd with the same holding number) £450 +VAT

Our programs are renowned for their ability to prompt and warn when events need to take place and to stop invalid data being entered.

Because we have a resident programmer the software is continually being added to and improved on a daily basis, many of the suggestions coming from our own customers.

Movement Book
An entry is automatically added to the movement book every time an animal is purchased or sold or moved to agistment.

Drug Book
The program maintains a drug book that complies with UK regulations; it can be viewed by individual animal or the complete herd.

Breeding Records
Allows the user to enter service dates, scan dates etc, calculates and displays dates due to calve, can record donor and recipient dams and will record the offspring as being an ET birth.

Agistment
When an animal is moved onto another holding for summer/winter grazing the program has a very clever screen that tracks their movements.

Calving Book
Several screens allow the user to see the calving status of breeding animals within the herd.

Lactation Screens
(Milk version)
Separate section concerning milking animals, allows the user to manually enter or import yields either from floppy or some electronic parlours, the program then calculates next feed per day and margins from the information entered by the farmer which can be viewed / printed or passed back to the electronic parlours.

Progeny Screens
The progeny of any breeding animal can be viewed and shows whether they are still on farm.
